The Uefa Champions League is a knockout competition played every year between Europe’s top teams


From the 2024/25 season onwards, the competition brought together 36 teams from the main European leagues in the group stage (previously there were 32). The classifieds then face each other in the knockout stages


The Champions League has been won by 23 teams since its creation in 1955. Among the winners, 13 have lifted the cup more than once. Check it out below
