Dasa () informed that it has completed the process of selling its insurance brokerage and consultancy activities to the Case Benefícios e Seguros Group. The total amount of the transaction is R$255 million, of which R$195 million at closing, R$10 million in 12 months after the closing date (subject to usual cash/debt adjustment) and R$50 million in earn- out over five years.
The company stated in a Material Fact sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) that it received all necessary regulatory approvals to complete the transaction.

“As already informed, this transaction is part of a set of operational and strategic initiatives, with different stages of maturity, aimed at reducing leverage, establishing a solid financial position and increasing investment capacity in the Company”, states the statement from Dasha.
The company also says in the text that the operation represents another step in the implementation of its strategy of focusing on the core activities of diagnostics, hospitals and oncology.
