Don’t throw away orange peels. You can make a Christmas candle out of them

The scent of orange is an aroma that we associate with Christmas time. If we want to feel the Christmas atmosphere even more, we can create simple and effective decorations made of this fruit. We show you how to make an aromatic candle and other original orange decorations.

Instead of throwing away the orange. We can prepare an aromatic candle from them. We can make it in just a moment and, what’s more, we will only need two ingredients. This is, of course, orange and oil or olive oil.

Making this unusual and beautifully scented decoration is very easy. Just follow the steps below:

1. Cut the orange in half.
2. Then we drag the knife along the edges of the orange to cut the fruit from the peel.
3. Using a fork, carefully remove the inside of the fruit. However, be careful not to remove the inner stem.
4. After cleaning the cuticles, fill them with oil or olive oil.
5. We leave the soaked peels for 45 minutes.
6. After this time, we can light the stem with a lighter.
