The fugitive Dário Bezerra da Silva, 19 years old, was arrested late this Saturday afternoon (20), inside a residence located on Rua do Barro, in the Airton Senna neighborhood, in the Baixada da Sobral region, in Rio Branco.
According to information from the Military Police of the 1st Battalion Tactical Force, the garrison was on routine patrol when it received a report, via Copom, that fugitive from justice Dário was inside a house in the Airton Senna neighborhood, being helped by other factions .

With the complaint in hand, the police went to the indicated location and found Dário inside a residence. He did not resist arrest and surrendered. The criminal still had the stitches in his stomach from the last surgery, which took place on December 15th.
The fugitive was taken to the Civil Police Police Station (Defla), where a police report was prepared about his capture. After legal procedures, he was taken by criminal police officers from the Special Operations Penitentiary Division (DPOE) to the Rio Branco emergency room to receive medical care. After discharge from hospital, Dário will be sent to the Francisco de Oliveira Conde Penitentiary Complex, in Rio Branco.

Inmate Dário Bezerra da Silva, 19 years old, imprisoned in the Francisco de Oliveira Conde prison, located on Estrada do Barro Vermelho, for the crime of homicide, escaped from the Rio Branco emergency room on the night of this Thursday, 19th.
According to police information, Dário was taken to the emergency room at 5:47 pm on the 14th, after reporting severe abdominal pain. He underwent a series of tests and, on the 15th, underwent appendicitis surgery.

After the procedure, Dário was admitted to the Surgical Clinic A (CCA), where he was recovering. On Thursday night, the prisoner, who was handcuffed on his legs and under escort by criminal police officers, took advantage of a moment of carelessness on the part of the security agents and fled through the hospital window.
Teams from the Criminal Police and Military Police continue to search the region to locate the fugitive, but, at the time of writing this report, he had not yet been found.
The case will be investigated by the State Public Security Secretariat.
