The current Secretary of Justice of the city of , Fernando José da Costa, will leave his position in the second term of (). In its place, it will take over
Costa chose to return to his law firm, which has a portfolio of large clients in areas such as criminal and business law.
He will also continue coordinating the legal course at Faap (Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado) and as president of Lide Justiça, the legal arm of the entity created by former governor João Doria.
Previously, Costa had already held the position of state secretary of Justice under Doria and Rodrigo Garcia, both from the PSDB at the time.
