In the first minute of this Saturday, the United States Government began a administrative closure due to lack of funds while the Senate votes on an extension of the budgets with which to reopen it.

The House of Representatives, with the support of Democratic and Republican congressmen, had approved the extension this Friday with 366 votes in favor and 34 against, but the approval of the Senate did not arrive in time before the deadline of 00:01 local time on Saturday .
