Hrabiowskie frys they taste delicious. They can successfully be included in the breakfast menu of a five-star hotel. However, despite its exquisite name, it is an extremely simple, quick dish derived from traditional peasant cuisine. It is not the first time that it turns out that a dish that was once eaten by poor people out of necessity has found its way into living rooms after minor modifications.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 2 eggs,
- 400 g of cream cheese,
- 6 tablespoons of flour (+ for breading),
- 1½ tablespoons of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar,
- a pinch of salt,
- clarified butter (for frying).
Serve the ready-made pancakes with a side dish natural yogurt and your favorite fruitthey will fit perfectly here strawberries, blueberries or banana slices. They will also taste great with warmed raspberries. You can also sprinkle them powdered sugar.
Beat the eggs. Add cottage cheese to them and crush it with a fork. Add flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a uniform mass is obtained.
Form the curd mixture into balls the size of a tangerine. Roll each in flour and flatten into a small pancake.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of clarified butter in a pan (add a little while frying subsequent batches). Fry the pancakes in batches – 1-2 minutes on each side.
Place the finished fry on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Serve hot with your favorite additions.
