Legendary singer Dara Rollins (52) does not stop during the year. Performances throughout Slovakia and the Czech Republic are physically demanding for her, not to mention the long hours spent traveling. She also spends a lot of time in Italy, where she is building a love nest with her partner Pavlo Neddvo.
The nice blonde can finally breathe and enjoy the upcoming Christmas holidays. “From now on, I’m just “I am”. This year we finished the performances earlier, so there is enough time for everything around. I know many people see Christmas as a time of chaos. They complain that they can’t keep up, they don’t like the pressure of having to play according to certain rules, because it’s simply not possible to ignore the principles of Christmas,” describes the feelings of many people before the most beautiful time of the year.
The native of Bratislava experiences completely different emotions. “I will not allow anyone and anything to spoil the joy of the holidays. I refuse to accept that this period is associated with stress. It is exactly as we make it. What do we prefer for Christmas? with what thought will we let OUR Christmas story unfold,” points out Dara, who is looking forward to precious moments spent with her family.
The successful singer simply refuses to dwell on the negative things that come up. “I purposely do not allow myself to be drawn into any vortex of complaining and with the approaching end of the year, on the contrary, I always start to realize even more the happiness of being on earth for another year. For me, Christmas is a celebration of love, happiness, and life. Maybe also because both my sister and I have birthdays in December,” she expressed her enthusiasm.
