Bahia and Grêmio face each other this Sunday (22/12), at 4pm (Brasília time), in the final of the fourth edition of the Brasil Ladies Cup, one of the most relevant women’s football tournaments in Brazil. The game will be at the Canindé Stadium, in São Paulo (SP).
Eight teams participated in the championship and the best in each group went to the final. Bahia advanced to the decision as group A leader, with two wins and a draw. The games were Bahia 1 x 1 Pumas-MEX, Bahia 2 x 1 Avaí/Kindermann and Bahia 1 x 0 Paraguay national team.
Grêmio reached the final as group B leader, also with two wins and a draw. The games were Grêmio 0 x 0 Sport, Grêmio 3 x 0 Athletico-PR and Grêmio 3 x 0 River Plate, the latter ended after six expulsions at River, whose player Candela Díaz was reported for racism.
