The terrible events in Magdeburg will continue to have an impact for a long time. People wanted to stroll around the Christmas market, eat, drink, and just enjoy themselves in peace shortly before the festival. Then came the horror – like in 2016 on Berlin’s Breitscheidplatz, where 13 people died.
