Medical crashed in the courtyard of a hospital, in the city of Mugla.
The accident occurred early in the morning. According to yenisafak, four people who were on board the helicopter were recovered dead. They are two pilots, a doctor and another staff member.
The governor of the province, Idris Akbyk, announced that the helicopter hit the hospital building during takeoff.
