  • 300 g of wheat flour
  • 200 ml of hot water

Preparation method:

  3. Mix everything with a spoon. After a while you can start doing it manually.
  4. Take the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it thoroughly for a few minutes. It should then be well aerated.
  5. When the dough starts to come away from your hands, place it in a bowl, cover it with a cotton cloth and set aside for 40 minutes.

After expiration 40 minutes the cake is ready. Just roll them out and then stuff them with your favorite filling. Dumplings can be made classically with cabbage and mushrooms. Everyone will surely enjoy them during Christmas Eve dinner. Therefore, it is worth making a little more in advance.
