Club displays achievements from the 2024 Brasileirão and Libertadores, marking an iconic moment in its history
celebrated its achievements in 2024 by decorating the entrance to the West Sector of the Nilton Santos Stadium with a banner. The image displays trophies from the Brazilian Championship and Conmebol Libertadores, won by the club this year.
The initiative, inspired by club practices in the United States, symbolizes a historic moment for the black and white team, highlighting the club’s third Brazilian championship and the club’s 1st Libertadores.
Artur Jorge led Botafogo to become the 3rd Brazilian club to win both championships in the same season, a feat previously achieved only by Santos and Flamengo.
The 2024 season was remarkable for Botafogo not only because of the titles, but also because of the sponsorship and partnership opportunities that emerged. With the end of the contract with Parimatch, the club is negotiating with another bookmaker a sponsorship that could reach R$55 million per year, with bonuses for new titles.
