Cheesecake with condensed milk is the perfect recipe for achieving a delicious baked product with a rich, creamy, yet light and fluffy consistency. Success lies in thoroughly beating the egg whites and baking the cheesecake in a water bath. Perfect for a holiday table or a Sunday afternoon with the family. If you don’t like complicated recipes with long lists of ingredients, this dessert will be perfect for you. The cake is quick to make, so you can bake it even on Christmas Eve.

Before you start baking, prepare the appropriate form. It will work best cake tin with a diameter of 25 cm.

To prepare cheesecake with condensed milkyou will need:

  • 5 eggs,
  • 2 cream or vanilla puddings without sugar,
  • 1 kg of cottage cheese from a bucket or triple-ground white cheese from a cube,
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (530 g).

Remember to remove all products from the refrigerator early enough to bring them to room temperature before starting work. Separate the yolks from the whites and place them in separate bowls. Add cheese, condensed milk and sifted pudding powders to the bowl with yolks and mix until smooth. In another bowl, beat the egg whites, gradually adding sugar to achieve a stiff and shiny foam. Carefully pour the egg white foam into the cheese mass and mix gently but thoroughly with a spoon.

Pour the dough into a cake tin (25 cm) lined with baking paper and carefully sealed from the outside with aluminum foil. Level the top and place the baking tray with the dough into a larger tray filled with water. The water from the large baking tray should reach halfway up the cheesecake tin. Place the trays in the oven preheated to 170° C and bake for about 40 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 140° C and bake for another 40 minutes. If necessary, extend the baking time.

Ready cheesecake with condensed milk Cool with the door ajar, then remove the cooled cake from the tin, place it on a cake plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
