When we think about bees, our first thought is . Of course, this product is extremely healthy and is worth having in your diet. We often come across the name pollen, i.e. male reproductive cells produced by flowers. This pollen is collected by bees from flowers such as lupine, poppy or corn. So, for example, a person weighing 70 kg should eat 70 g of protein every day.
