Ingredients:
- a glass of cranberries (frozen or fresh),
- 1/2 cup of sugar,
- 1/2 cup of water,
- juice of one orange,
- peel of one orange (grated),
- a spoon of wine vinegar,
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon,

- a pinch of salt.
How to do it:
