Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras signed a R$100 million master sponsorship contract with Sportingbet, marking the end of Crefisa’s ten-year era at the club.
The contract between Sportingbet and Sportingbet is valid for three years, with the possibility of renewal for another year. The agreement has clauses for achieving goals, such as winning titles, which can increase the gross value of sponsorship by up to 70%, to R$170 million.
According to Globo Esporte, Palmeiras still has the sleeve, the hem of the shirt and the shoulder blade (back at shoulder height) available for sponsorship – which was not possible before, due to the exclusivity agreement with Crefisa and FAM. The club’s expectation, according to GE, is to reach R$200 million in sponsorships in 2025.
