PT members want to maintain command of two secretariats they have in the next biennium, when the House should be commanded by (-PB).
Today, the Communication Secretariat, responsible for managing the House’s communication vehicles (such as Agência Câmara and Rádio Câmara), institutional visits and journalistic dissemination of legislative activity, is under the command of Jilmar Tatto (-SP).
Representative Ana Paula Lima (PT-SC) is in charge of the Secretariat for Early Childhood, Childhood, Adolescence and Youth. The department is responsible, among other things, for cooperating with national and international entities dedicated to policies of interest to children, young people and adolescents, in addition to holding seminars with experts on public policies aimed at early childhood.
In addition to these two portfolios, the Chamber also has the secretariat for Transparency, Participation, Interaction and Digital Media, International Relations, Internal Control and Women.
