A plane with 67 people on board crashed this Wednesday morning (25), in Aktau, Kazakhstan, leaving the . The aircraft was manufactured in Brazil, but the passengers were citizens of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. The moment the Brazilian plane crashed was recorded on video (watch below).
In the images circulating on social media, it is possible to see the moment of impact of the plane with the ground, then the aircraft burst into flames. According to local media, rescue teams went to the area of the accident to contain the flames and assist survivors.
According to the airline Azerbaijan Airlines responsible for the plane, there were no children among the passengers. In a statement on social media, the company reported8 that the aircraft “made an emergency landing approximately 3 km from the city of Aktau”.
At first the death toll is not official, it is estimated that the number of victims exceeds 40 people. One was released; check it out below.
