The chatbot also reported issues at the beginning of the month; error message says there is no way to make platform queries
O chatbot ChatGPT, from OpenAI, returned to global instability this Thursday afternoon (Dec 26, 2024).
According to data from the website, more than 1,800 users reported problems accessing artificial intelligence during the afternoon.
When trying to use the tool, the user is sent to an error page followed by the message: “Thepsan error occurred!“. Users who are still able to access the dialog page have reported that the AI does not respond to commands. 
Generative AI also reported malfunctions during the night of December 12th. The problem was quickly resolved. The instability generated complaints from users who reported difficulties in working and studying.
