- 2010: Pinhais and Fazenda Rio Grande, both in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba. Each took R$48 million.
- 2013: Curitiba, capital of Paraná and Palotina, in the west of the state. Each bet took R$56 million.
- 2017: São João do Triunfo, in the Southeast of Paraná and Rio Azul, in the Center-South of the state. Each took R$18 million.
- 2018: Campo Mourão, in the Center-West of Paraná and Curitiba, the state capital. Each bet took R$5 million.
