How much will Vasco receive for Léo Pelé?
According to information from the Lance! portal, Léo Pelé will be sold for 2 million dollars (around R$ 12.3 million at the current price) to Athletico.
The officialization and final details should be finalized in the next few days. According to journalist Venê Casagrande, the documents should be exchanged soon.
Vasco’s condition for negotiating the defender was that the deal was made only with money, without needing to exchange other players. Athletico accepted what was proposed.
In 2023, the Rio team agreed to sign the player for R$16 million at the time. In other words, he managed to value the defender and sell him for a higher price. Léo’s contract would run until the end of 2025, but he could sign a pre-contract in the middle of the year.
