Option A – Full payment with possibility of cashback
Creditors who choose Option A will receive 100% of the amount owed in 12 semiannual installments that will begin to be paid 6 and a half years after the plan is approved by the Court.
This option provides cashback of at least 4% when purchasing new airline tickets, accommodation or intermediating miles. The cashback (discount for future purchases, in the form of credit or payment for use in Grupo 123 products and services) will be paid into the creditor’s registered current account and the payment deadlines are:

- New air ticket purchases: 30 days after boarding the new flight;
- New intermediation of mile sales: 60 days after the intermediation is approved;
- New hotel accommodation purchases: 60 days after the stay.
With cashback, depending on when you make new purchases or broker miles for Group 123, the creditor begins to be paid in the months following the judicial approval of the plan.
For example: if the creditor purchases R$2,500.00 in new airline tickets for departure in May 2025, they will receive R$100.00 (4% of R$2,500) in cashback in June 2025, limited to the amount due on the credit . The cashback value will then be deducted from the debt amount.
Option B – Payment with Discount on the amount due
