How to use ATM without a card
To use an ATM without your card, the process is simple and quick. The MB Way feature allows you to carry out operations securely, using only your cell phone. Here are the steps to follow:
- At the ATM: Press the green key to start the operation.
- Select “Use ATM”: This option appears on the screen and must be chosen.
- Use a app MB Way: Open the app and when you see the QR code displayed on the machine, use your smartphone to scan the code. Authenticate using PIN, touchID, fingerprint or faceID.
After reading and validating the QR code, the ATM unlocks, just as would happen with your physical debit card. From this moment on, you can access the usual menu and carry out all normal operations, from paying bills, charging your cell phone, checking your balance or making transfers.
How to withdraw money without a card
If you need to withdraw money, the process through MB Way is also quite simple:
- Open the app and select the associated debit card you want to use.
- Choose the “Withdraw Money” option and enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- The application will generate a 10-digit code. Validate the operation with your MB Way PIN or Touch ID.
After generating the code, simply go to an ATM, enter the code provided by the application and the amount will be available.
Can I send the code to someone else?
Yes, it is possible to send the code generated by MB Way to another person, allowing them to withdraw money from an ATM in your name. To do this, simply:
- Choose the “Withdraw Money” option in the application and select the amount to withdraw.
- Choosing the recipient you want to send the code to.
- Confirm the operation with the MB Way PIN or Touch ID.
If the recipient is an MB Way member, they will receive a notification with the code. Otherwise, the code will be sent via SMS. Afterwards, whoever received the notification or message will only need to go to the ATM, press the green key and enter the 10-digit code to complete the withdrawal.
This code is unique and has a limited validity period, ensuring operational security. This functionality is especially useful in urgent situations or when you don’t have your wallet at hand.

All ATMs in have already been updated to support this feature. So wherever you are, you can access your money or place trades through the MB Way app. This service not only simplifies your daily life, but also offers an extra layer of convenience and security for more tech-savvy users.
