A filling, fit salad, as the name suggests, allows you to maintain a beautiful figure and eat full at the same time. Its secret is well-seasoned chicken. It is not only a source of protein, but also, above all, taste. Marinated in garlic, sweet pepper, thyme and parsley, it becomes very healthy and aromatic. The other ingredients are also important. Tomatoes add vitamins and lycopene (with anti-cancer properties), and cheese – protein and calcium. A special dressing makes the salad juicier apple cider vinegar. This ingredient is a treasure trove of antioxidants that have anti-inflammatory properties and ensure a healthy figure and beautiful appearance.
Ingredients:
Meat:
- 400 g chicken fillets,
- garlic clove,
- half a teaspoon of ground sweet pepper,
- half a teaspoon of thyme,
- half a teaspoon of parsley,
- olive oil for drizzling,
- can of corn,
- 10 cherry tomatoes,
- iceberg lettuce,
- 200 g of feta or goat cheese.
Sos:
- a spoon of olive oil,
- a spoon of water,
- a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- optional: half a teaspoon of chia seeds.
How to do it:
Wash the chicken fillets, dry them and beat them lightly so that they are of even thickness. Press the garlic through a press and rub the fillets with it. Sprinkle the chicken with sweet paprika, thyme and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the fillets on a baking tray lined with baking paper for 30 minutes (covered). Set aside to cool. Then cut the meat into smaller pieces.
Chop the iceberg lettuce into strips and place in a large bowl. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. Add to lettuce. Open the can of corn, drain and add to the salad. Crumble the feta or goat cheese into small pieces and add to the bowl with the vegetables. Add chicken fillets.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, water, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and optional chia seeds. Mix thoroughly to combine the ingredients. Pour the prepared sauce over everything and gently mix into a filling, fit salad. Serve immediately after preparation.
