The sports betting company replaces Betnacional in a season-long deal; values were not disclosed
Superbet secured the naming rights for the 2025 Campeonato Carioca, replacing Betnacional. The agreement in this Friday (Dec 27, 2024), is valid for one season. The values were not disclosed.
The visual identity of Cariocão 2025 was developed by Brax Sports Assets, holder of the competition’s commercial rights. The Superbet brand will be present in backdropsinterview area, banners and signs.
“This is not a sponsorship, but rather a super partnership between Carioca, without a doubt the most attractive and national state in Brazil, and Superbet. It is the certainty of success”said Rubens Lopes, president of Ferj (Football Federation of the State of Rio de Janeiro).
Alexandre Fonseca, CEO of Superbet Brasil, celebrated the partnership: “I am convinced that it will be a successful partnership, with the national reach and attractiveness of Rio de Janeiro football, with the four big clubs with millions of people who love our Brazil. Let’s go to a Super Carioca”.
The 2025 Carioca Championship will be broadcast by Band and by Grupo Globo – with games on Globono SportTVno Premiere e no streaming Globoplay.
