After a few hours, they detained a 46-year-old man who is already facing charges of trespassing, theft and illegal weapons. The Banská Bystrica Regional Police reported on Saturday on the social network about the case that occurred on December 26.
“The hunter’s gun was stolen after returning from the hunt. He left it to dry in the basement, properly discharged and locked. Fortunately, he discovered the theft relatively quickly and immediately informed the police,” the law enforcement officers said, adding that they also found the stolen weapon, a shotgun.
