Criminals made several suspicious publications, which caught the attention of the athlete’s fans and followers.
Among the posts were photos followed by links to download applications and create accounts in plant forms of digital investment.
Weverton managed to recover the account, explained what happened to his followers and regretted everything that happened.
“Fortunately, I was able to recover, but unfortunately there are these types of people who are always looking to take advantage of the opportunity to do harm and take advantage of situations,” he said.
