Puerto Rican boxer Paul Bamba passed away at the age of 35, this Friday (27/12). The information was confirmed by the athlete’s agent, musician and businessman Ne-Yo.

The cause of death has not yet been released, but the boxer had just won the cruiserweight gold belt at the World Boxing Association. The fight happened on December 21st.

Who was Paul Bamba?

Puerto Rican, Paul Bamba was the first hired by Ne-Yo for his athlete agency firm. This year, the fighter had had professional fights this year, winning all of them by knockout. As for his record, in numbers, there are 19 wins (18 knockouts) and three losses.
