There are product combinations that almost always work great together. One of them is spinach, garlic, smoked salmon, fresh dill and cream cheese. Do you want to recreate this recipe but you don’t like the taste of smoked salmon? You can exchange it for pzinc, e.g. prosciutto will work great.
To prepare this delicious snack, you will need:
- 400 g baby spinach,
- a spoonful of butter,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 3 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of flour,
- salt and pepper to taste.
Additionally:
- 200 g of cream cheese,
- 150 g smoked salmon tail,
- dill.
Fry the washed and dried spinach in butter with pressed garlic, then season with salt and pepper to taste. When the spinach cools down, blend it until smooth.
Then separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Place the prepared spinach in a bowl, add the yolks, flour and mix everything. Gradually add the egg whites and gently combine the ingredients. Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and form a rectangle of dough. Bake for about a quarter of an hour at 200 degrees.
When the green cake cools down, spread it with cream cheese, sprinkle with chopped dill and place the salmon slices on top. Wrap everything tightly in a roll. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for about an hour. After this time, cut it spinach roulade with a sharp knife and place on a plate.
