Therefore, it is worth regenerating the body after Christmas feasting using specific products. You probably have most of them in your kitchen cabinet. You can prepare infusions from them, acting as a balm for the intestines.

  • ginger – has anti-inflammatory and warming properties. It helps get rid of flatulence, but also indigestion and nausea. It is worth including it in your diet because it supports the digestion process;
  • apple cider vinegar – regulates stomach pH and improves digestion;
  • lemon – supports the secretion of gastric juices, so its juice is ideal to drink after eating difficult to digest foods;
  • fennel – supports the secretion of digestive juices, helps to get rid of flatulence;
  • mint – has antispasmodic and soothing effects, brings relief after eating fatty foods;
  • aloes – has a soothing effect on irritated mucous membranes, cleanses the body;
  • turmeric – has anti-inflammatory effects, has a positive effect on liver function;
  • and cinnamon – warming spices, supporting digestion, but also stimulating circulation.

For starters cut about 2 cm of ginger root into slices and pour a glass of hot water over it. After 10 minutes, add the juice of half a lemon. We can optionally add a teaspoon of honey.

Pour a glass of hot water over a teaspoon of dried mint leaves and half a teaspoon of fennel seeds.. After 10 minutes, strain the drink and drink it after eating fatty foods.

Add a pinch of turmeric, cinnamon and pepper to the heated milk in the pot. We can sweeten it all with honey. It is worth drinking this infusion before bed for good digestion and general regeneration of the body.

  • Infusion of cardamom and cloves
