One victim was claimed by a quarrel between brothers, which turned into a physical fight in the city of Flensburg in the north of Germany, the local police said on Monday. TASR informs according to the reports of the DPA agency and Bild newspaper.
The incident between two brothers, aged 50 and 44, took place on Sunday night when an argument broke out between them. The younger of the men then stabbed the older brother in the neck with a knife. He succumbed to his injuries after being transported to the hospital.
The third, eldest brother (53) alerted the policewrites Bild. The police detained him and the attacker at the scene of the incident. The homicide department has taken over the investigation of the case and is looking for a possible motive, as well as the cause of the argument between the two men. German media reported that alcohol most likely played a role. The police did not immediately disclose the nationality of the men, adds DPA.
