Dreaming is expensive if the dream is to have Bruno Mars as one of the attractions of a wedding. This is what ceremonialist Marcy Blum, known for organizing luxurious ceremonies, revealed in an interview with the podcast “The Skinny Confidential” last Thursday, 26th. The speech went viral on social media this week after Marcy said that the fee charged by the artist would have surprised even the singer Jennifer Lopez.
Asked about “the most extravagant thing that would have shocked” even the ceremonialist, Marcy spoke about the price of celebrity performances. She said that Jennifer even made a list of possible musicians for her wedding with the player Alex Rodriguez and considered the name Bruno.
When informed about the amount charged by the artist, however, the singer reportedly said: “Don’t be ridiculous”.

According to Marcy, Bruno Mars’ fee is US$5 million, yes, around R$30.8 million, for a show lasting 45 minutes to an hour.
Jennifer and Alex’s wedding did not come to fruition. The two had to postpone the ceremony in 2020 due to the pandemic and, some time later, they separated. After the relationship, the singer got back together with the actor Ben Affleck. They were married for two years but divorced earlier this year.
