Restructuring of São Paulo
São Paulo, at a time of economic restructuring, sought alternatives to reduce expenses and deal with its debt. As part of this strategy, the club created a FIDC (Credit Rights Investment Fund), with the objective of raising R$240 million, which will help replace most of its debts with banks. The measure also provides greater predictability in cash flow, essential to sustain new investments in football. Oscar’s return to the Morumbi club represents a strategic move to attract fans and consolidate commercial partnerships.
