The minister began publishing his schedule of appointments on the website, at least in a few days.

His first post about this is from October 17th. Since then, he has announced participation in plenary sessions and external activities, such as ceremonies and receiving tributes.

Now, there are five members of the court who give some public satisfaction about their agendas: the others are Edson Fachin, Carmen Lúcia, Cristiano Zanin and the president, .

The other six –Alexandre de Moraes, Flávio Dino, Nunes Marques, Dias Toffoli, Gilmar Mendes and André Mendonça– keep their activities confidential.

In 2024, members of the court were criticized for meetings with businesspeople and politicians and participation in events in Brazil and abroad, often without transparency.

According to the STF, there is no legal requirement to publish the agenda, and each minister decides whether to make it public or not.

Many of the court’s members say they do not publish their activities for security reasons, given the threats they suffer, especially from Bolsonarists.
