“It is our duty to return the cabinet as we received it, ensuring that all public assets remain duly registered and intact. In this sense, following the guidance of the Chamber itself, which determines that items that do not belong to the heritage must be removed, this was done. All items removed from the cabinet were those acquired exclusively with own resources and which, therefore, do not form part of the City Council’s assets, respecting the criteria advised when I received the cabinet.
All of the House’s assets are duly listed and checked by the responsible sector, ensuring total transparency and compliance. In addition, other items that were also the result of personal investment, such as the glass partition, the bench that surrounds the column, two cobogó structures, the open ceiling with industrial-style electrical installations and dozens of lamps remained in the space, at the disposal of the new representative, according to his decision.
The councilor who took over the office expressed appreciation for the architectural design of the space, which was transformed into a coworking model during my management. I’m happy to know that he intends to maintain this concept, which promotes an entrepreneurial spirit within the Chamber. I remain available to make any necessary adjustments, always seeking to preserve the project and comply with the House’s rules.
I reiterate my commitment to ethics and responsibility in the use of public goods, reaffirming that all my actions are guided by transparency and respect for institutional norms”.
