The rescued come from Egypt, Sudan and Syria and had set sail the day before yesterday from the Libyan port of Zowara. Their health condition, according to doctors, is not a cause for concern. The seven-year-old boy who managed to be rescued lost his mother in yesterday’s tragedy and is going, as soon as possible, to go to Germany, where his father has immigrated.
