Vienna/Mattighofen/Wels – As part of the restructuring attempts in Stefan Pierer’s largely insolvent company network around KTM, an extraordinary general meeting is planned at the parent company Pierer Mobility. Chairman of the supervisory board Josef Blazicek will resign from his mandate and move Remus co-owner and CEO Stephan Zöchling onto the board, Pierer Mobility announced on Thursday evening. The general meeting is also about liquid assets. Zöchling is already a board member at Pierer Industrie.
