If you are looking for dishes that will help you lose weight and at the same time make you feel full for a long time, fit salad with tunawill be the perfect option for you. It is very simple to prepare and contains a lot vegetables, thanks to which it will provide a lot of essential vitamins, microelements, and proteinwhich affects the satiety of the meal. This dish can be eaten for lunch, dinner, and even prepared for a party as a healthy alternative to mayonnaise salads.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 1 yellow pepper,
- 1 green pepper,
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice,
- approx. 50 g of mini canned corn,
- approx. 80 g of canned corn kernels,
- a handful of cherry tomatoes,
- 100 g green olives,
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
- salt and black pepper.
In this salad, you can easily smuggle in products that have been in your fridge for some time. You can add to it green cucumber, favorite lettuce or dried tomatoes. Cheese will also work great here, e.g. mozzarella lub feta.
Transfer the tuna from the can to a sieve and leave to drain. Remove seeds and membranes from the peppers, then cut them into strips or cubes. Cut green olives and cherry tomatoes into slices. Drain the corn from the brine in a sieve. Place all ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, place the olive oil, pressed garlic clove and lemon juice and mix everything vigorously. Season the salad with salt and black pepper, pour the sauce over it and mix thoroughly.
Serve fit tuna salad immediately after preparation or after cooling in the refrigerator.
