Few people know that the December tree can bloom even twice a year. With proper care, it also blooms in early spring. It is not uncommon for the grove not to bloom at all. Most often, the reason for this state of affairs is care errors.
- Grudnik does not like to grow in a pot that is too large. This plant has a rather poorly developed root system and does not need much space. A pot that is too large may prevent the plant from absorbing all the water from watering.
- The Christmas cactus is a cactus in name only. It likes moisture and regular watering. Do not allow the soil in the pot to dry out completely. During the winter season, watch out for dry air and regularly spray the leaves of the plant. Remember, however, that excess water is also harmful. If water collects in the saucer after watering, always pour it out.
- Too low a temperature stops the flowering process. In winter, Grudnik needs a temperature around 20 degrees C to form buds and bloom. In such conditions, the flower feels best and blooms freely. Grudnik does not require constant access to sunlight. Specialists indicate that the December tree needs about 3-4 hours of sunlight a day. It grows best in a position with slightly diffused light. Strong sunlight may burn its leaves.
A quick conditioner that saves the dying grouse
If you want to quickly stimulate the plant to bloom, you can apply this herb. It works best in situations when the grove does not want to bloom. It is not recommended for regular use, but as a rescue for the plant. To prepare a home-made conditioner for the wasting grouse, you need an orange. Squeeze orange juice (freshly squeezed is best, without preservatives and artificial colors). Dip a cotton bud in the juice and wipe it. This action will strengthen the places where new buds are to form. Mix the remaining orange juice with water and water it.
