A video, published by the woman herself on social media, shows her riding a motorbike and throwing leaflets into the street. The caption of the record says: “And I discovered that my boyfriend was cheating on me with a man in exchange for money, and so I decided to spread his work around the neighborhood,” he said.

According to information obtained by RICtv, the couple had been living together for approximately three years. And, according to the man’s lawyer, the woman can face legal action for her actions.
“The fact that they lived under the same roof for three years constitutes a stable union, which has the same legal purpose as a marriage and is governed by the regime of partial community of property. So, as it is alleged that when leaving home, this boy took the couple’s objects with him, this does not constitute a crime, this will be resolved in the eventual dissolution of this stable union”, he said.
“The fact that this girl printed posters, posted them on social media and distributed this information that violates article 139 of the penal code and offends this boy’s reputation, yes, she could be held criminally responsible. The penalty increases for being posted on a social network. But this requires a legal process, he has six months to represent this girl for this legal demand”, added the lawyer to RICtv.
