The actor Dimitri Boetto51, was reportedly arrested by the police on Wednesday January 1 at Lyon Saint-Exupéry station (Rhône). According to Progresshe is suspected of having beat his former brother-in-law to death in Apt (Vaucluse) a few hours earlier. France Blue Vaucluse adds that an altercation broke out between the two men leaving a bar in the city center following a family dispute.
This Aptesian, aged around fifty, was found unconscious on the public highway before emergency services took him to the emergency room of Apt hospital. He succumbed to his injuries some time later. Dimitri Boetto would have been quickly identified by the gendarmes of the Pertuis company and the Apt research brigade, in charge of the investigation. His arrest then allegedly took place at Saint-Exupéry station in Lyon while he was on a train heading to Paris, where he lives. The actor is currently still in police custody and an investigation into an assassination was opened by the Avignon public prosecutor’s office. The victim’s autopsy is scheduled to take place this Friday.
