Juventude confirmed, on Thursday night (2), an accident involving the club’s official bus, which was returning to Caxias do Sul from Tietê (SP), where the under-20 team’s delegation had left for the .
According to the club’s statement, the bus was hit on the outskirts of Curitiba by a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. The two bus drivers were the only ones present at the time of the accident, and none of them were injured.
There is still no information about the health status of whoever occupied the vehicle that allegedly caused the accident.
“We await further information regarding the occupants of the other vehicle and we are hoping that they are safe and well,” wrote Juventude on the social network X.
