Aluminum foil, next to baking paper or food foil, is one of the essentials found in many kitchens. We most often use it for food storage. However, does this action have a good or bad effect on our health? The answer is not entirely clear and we should first of all pay attention to what we pack in it, as well as how long we store the food in this way.
