The Corinthians season officially started this Monday (6) for the group of employees at the São Paulo club. The date marked the re-presentation of Timão’s employees to the training center, on the eve of the re-presentation of the main squad.
Employees must undergo an “immersion” process into new processes implemented by the club at the training center. The location included the creation of new rooms to serve Fabinho Soldado, football executive, and the club’s technical committees, led by .
Other CT spaces, such as the cafeteria and changing rooms, underwent improvements during the players’ vacation period. The club increasingly invests in technologies that integrate departments and facilitate internal communication in the Ecological Park.
Still in December, Fabinho Soldado had already anticipated the immersion scheduled for this Monday (6).
“Employees on the 6th will be immersed in the CT through new practices, to understand what the championship will be like and on the 7th everyone will be at the highest level of understanding, that doubts will be resolved and we will be prepared for the best for the committee technique”, said Fabinho Soldado, in a press conference, still in December
Corinthians players report to the CT on Tuesday (7) and begin the pre-season with an eye on 2025. Medical, ophthalmological, dental and physical exams, which usually occupy the first days of preparation, were brought forward to 2024.
