In preparation for the Bahia Championship, Bahia’s under-20 team was defeated 1×0 by Jequié, in a friendly played this Sunday (5), at Fluminense de Feira’s CT, in Feira de Santana. The only goal of the match was scored by Wanderson.
The tricolor, coached by coach Leonardo Galbes, was without some athletes who performed last week, such as defender Marcos Victor, full-backs Ryan and Caio Roque, midfielder David Martins and attackers Ruan Pablo and Everton Moraes.
The team was selected with: Gabriel, Kauã Davi, Daniel, Dodô and Rafael; Sidney, Jota and Roger Gabriel; Vitinho, Juninho and Gustavo Ulguim.
Esquadrãozinho now enters the final stretch of preparation for the state championship. The debut for Baianão will be this Sunday (12), at 4pm, against Jacuipense, at the Joia da Princesa stadium, in Feira de Santana.
Bahia decided to use an alternative team in Baianão’s first three games, as the main team will be in pre-season in Girona, Spain.
