Mountain rescuers helped on Skalka and Donovaly: A man from Hungary was injured while sledding, they also rescued a 3-year-old child

They helped on the first Sunday of January (January 5). mountain rescuers in the accident of a 57-year-old man in Donovaly and a three-year-old child in Skalka near Kremnica. The Mountain Rescue Service (HZS) informs about it on its website.

To a man from Hungary who suffered an injury to his lower limb while sledding in Donovalymountain rescuers from the Veľká Fatra Regional Center helped. “After arriving at the scene, the patient was examined, treated and handed over to the called emergency medical crew (RZP), with whom continued to the hospital facility in Banská Bystrica for further examination,” informed HZS.

Mountain rescuers helped on Skalka to a three-year-old child who caused a laceration on the back of his neck when he slipped. After examination and treatment, he was handed over to the emergency medical crew (RLP), who, accompanied by his mother, took him to the hospital for further examination.
