Departure of Czech actress Jana Synková saddened all fans, colleagues and loved ones. Moreover, the mourning part, which was published on Facebook by the artistic Studio Ypsilon, revealed a secret. It turned out that the actress died a day earlier than originally reported, writes the portal.
The public learned about Synková’s death on Saturday, December 28, 2024, she left a few days after Christmas. However, Parte reveals that she passed away on Friday, December 27. “Unforgettable poetry of life. She died, but she lives on in the souls of all of us who loved her so much. “Departed forever on Friday, December 27, 2024 at the age of 80,” the caption reads. The last farewell will be held on January 8, 2025 from 2 p.m. in Prague’s Strašnice.
In recent years, the actress withdrew into seclusion and did not go anywhere. She was fighting Alzheimer’s disease. “She was ill for a long time and seriously. I think that her death is a relief from the suffering she was going through. Perhaps she was not even aware of it anymore,” her colleague Jindřiška Kikinčuková told eXtra.cz.
