Atlântico Restaurante, in Albufeira, invites lovers of Portuguese cuisine to enjoy “Flavors of the Sea and Land”, a gastronomic experience available every Saturday and Sunday, during the months of January and February.
With a themed menu of nine dishes carefully prepared by chef Hélder Soares, customers will be able to taste a reinvention of traditional Portuguese flavors, with fish and seafood as the protagonists.
Among the suggestions, there are dishes such as cod stew with poached egg and coriander, pork tenderloin and cockle cataplana, charcoal-grilled cod with punched potatoes and sautéed greens, and grilled cuttlefish with garlic oil, roasted potatoes and broccoli.
The campaign is available from 12pm to 10:30pm, for both lunch and dinner, at a price of 25 euros per dish, including a selection of drinks such as water, beer, soft drinks or wines from the Santa Eulália Collection (white, red or rosé).
