If the kiss had become something more, Pluto could perhaps be a planet today

If Pluto hadn’t just been “kissed” once, it might still be the ninth planet in the solar system today. But its story developed differently, which ultimately led to Pluto ending up at the center of a discussion almost exactly 20 years ago, which resulted in its demotion to a dwarf planet.
